Empowering the Next Generation of Wisdom Keepers
“In order to change the direction of a civilization,
you have only to change the education
of the children of that civilization.”
- Richard Rudd, Freedom Prophecy
Purpose
To nurture the innate wisdom and creative potential within every young person—cultivating a new generation of Wisdom Keepers, grounded in community, connected with all of life, and prepared to meet our changing world with agility, resilience and optimism.
Core Values
Creativity
We cultivate playful tools and inclusive spaces that awaken inherent genius and authentic self-expression in all beings.
Simplicity
We extend clear, heart-centered invitations, trusting that love-infused seeds naturally grow into flourishing gardens.
Kinship
We encourage self-aware and compassionate relating, striving to communicate with clarity, kindness and relaxed presence.
Stewardship
We co-create empowering pathways that honor nature’s self-organizing intelligence and tend resources with care and reciprocity.
Vision
We envision a world where education nurtures the whole being—mind, heart, body, and spirit—creating safe havens for youth to discover their inner wisdom, strength, and connection to the web of life.
In this world, learning flows through joy, curiosity, and direct experience. Challenges are met as creative opportunities, embraced with a spirit of adventure. Students develop deep self-trust, honor their cultural roots, and meet times of profound change with confidence and compassion.
From this foundation of wholeness, Indigenous wisdom and contemporary insight dance in harmony, and villages of learning arise as living laboratories of transformation. Parents, teachers, and elders form networks of belonging—each learning circle a unique expression of collective wisdom, interwoven within an ever-widening web of co-creativity and reciprocity.
Through these living connections, a global tapestry emerges—rippling across generations, cultivating resilient individuals and collaborative relationships prepared to thrive amid uncertainty, and revealing the unique genius that lives within us all.
Heartfelt Story
Our world is moving through a time of rapid change.
The Earth’s suffering, economic instability, social inequality, political polarization, and existential emptiness are not isolated from one another—they are deeply interwoven. These challenges cross all borders and reveal how profoundly interconnected we truly are.
The majority of us are constantly bombarded with messages of division. It’s no wonder that communities everywhere are splintering into cultural and ideological silos. Many are feeling unmoored—disconnected from the richness of the inner world, the sacred bond with nature, and the capacity to connect authentically with ourselves and each other.
For millennia, we’ve dismissed ancient wisdom carried by Indigenous cultures, while our modern schools have overlooked essential aspects of development—emotional intelligence, contemplative inquiry and inspired creativity.
In response to this, we’ve asked…
what if we could teach love?
Not the romantic kind, but the universal kind: compassion, empathy, understanding, acceptance, and the ability to see the inherent worth in every living being.
What if we could create a living blueprint
—a flexible, playful toolkit—
that helps us approach the heart, spirit and body
with the same reverence we give the mind?
What if the cultivation of wisdom took precedence over
the mere imparting of knowledge?
Imagine what our world could look like ten years from now if every child across the globe felt the power of Universal Love at work in their lives today—the kind of love that builds bridges where none existed before, that sees the humanity in everyone, and that honors the unique wisdom rooted in each land, culture, and lineage.
A love that listens to the elders,
learns from the animals, and cross-pollinates between traditions
while remaining deeply connected to place.
Imagine classrooms and communities filled with stories of courage, lessons in compassionate action, and hands-on practices for listening, understanding, and engaging with the living world.
Picture young people rising to meet the needs of their communities with creativity and care—transforming challenges and conflict into opportunities for growth, healing, and belonging.
The inspiration for the Universal Love Curriculum lives in the stories of all who have felt the stifling effects of emotional, creative or societal repression—those who have known the ache of suppressed potential, the loneliness of being taught to be less, and the triumph of reclaiming our authentic, empowered selves.
We carry the deep, visceral understanding of what a holistic education
owes every young person:
the ability to flourish and the freedom to be whole.
Principles of Wholeness
Three Ways Into the Universal Love Curriculum
The following three offerings are unique ways to step into the Universal Love Curriculum. Each is a self-contained experience — a “taste” of the larger vision — designed to be flexible, playful, and shaped by the people who use it. Choose the one that feels right for now.
Becoming a Leader: Lessons from the Eagle
A short, focused taste (20 pages)
This brief offering, inspired by the teachings of Samson Turinawe of Uganda, invites young people to explore leadership through relationship with a single animal — the Eagle. Through five simple exercises, participants reflect on qualities such as vision, courage, patience, and inner knowing, and how these qualities show up in their own lives.
This is an accessible entry point for groups who want a clear, contained experience that connects animal wisdom to everyday choices, challenges, and growth.
Ideal for: short sessions, classrooms, families, or anyone curious about how animal archetypes can support personal development and leadership.
The Dreaming Hummingbird
A deeper, guided exploration (76 pages)
The Dreaming Hummingbird is a full mini-module that uses the Hummingbird as a gentle guide into the Dreamers category — one of the 12 archetypal pathways in the Universal Love Curriculum.
Through stories, creative exercises, group exploration, cultural reflection, and encounters with the natural world, participants explore dreaming as a way of listening, imagining, and sensing what wants to emerge. This module introduces the four core pathways of the curriculum and offers a rich, immersive experience that can unfold over multiple sessions.
Ideal for: educators, facilitators, families, or groups who want a deeper taste of the curriculum’s philosophy, structure, and soul.
Creating Your Own Dreamer Family
A participatory, co-creative process (38 pages)
This offering guides groups through a five-step journey to create their own local Dreamer Family — a shared constellation of animals rooted in place, culture, imagination and lived experience. Participants discover together which animals belong to the Dreamers in their world, and the qualities and wisdom each one carries. The result is a living reference the group can return to — like a shared oracle of meaning, story, and guidance. This process is both a complete experience on its own and a prototype for how future categories in the Universal Love Curriculum will unfold.
Ideal for: groups who want to co-create meaning together, honor local wisdom, and actively shape the learning journey.
